Initially, this tank featured wheels with a rubber rim, which were replaced in subsequent productions starting from February 1944. However, it was equipped with a new turret that offered increased protection and an improved cupola for the commander. Additionally, some of these vehicles maintained the characteristic system of dust filters Feifel and included smoke grenade launchers.
